The 5 don'ts in sleeping.

Woman, don't sleep with your bras on!

1 - DON'T SLEEP WITH BRA Scientists in America have discovered those that wear bras for more than 12 hours have a higher risk of getting breast cancer. So go to bed without it.

Watches can emit a certain level of radioactivity. Though small, but if you wear your watch to bed for a long time, it might have adverse effects on your health.

I think I will feel super uneasy to wear a watch to sleep ? Felt like there's something on your wrist kinda annoying also.

3- DON'T SLEEP WITH MAKE UPPeople who sleep with make up might have skin problems in the long run. Sleeping with make up will cause the skin to have difficulty in breathing and problem in perspiring. You will also need a much longer time to go into deep sleep.

Well, With make up still on, I certainly feels very uneasy and dirty, as I guess the first thing that come across my mind is IT WOULD DIRTY MY BED.And I will feel very uneasy like there's a something on my face larh, Never even think that my skin cannot be breathing.

4 - DON'T SLEEP WITH PHONEPutting the phone beside your bed or anywhere near you is not encouraged. Though some of us will use phones as alarm clocks, but please put the phone as far as possible. Scientists have proved that electrical items including mobile phone and ! television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause d isruptions to our nervous system. Therefore if you need to put your mobile phone near you, switch it off first.

It does happened to me too, sleeping with my phone beside my pillow. I think lots of people had this habit this. But now I have already stop putting phone beside me.

5 - DON'T SLEEP WITH OTHERS' WIFE OR HUSBANDYou may never wake up again. : )

On monday morning when I came to work , the whole building went blackout.

The whole building was dark and quiet, because nobody has started work yet. Only my accountant reaches the office very early.

No aircon, no window, no fan, no lights.

Warm and STUFFY.

Until about 2 hours which i 10am, than the light resume back.

I think in between I'm already perpsiring already.

Yesterday, Went jurong point with jasmine and candy for dinner at subway.

I never know that candy is same type as me.

PS: For those who know me, you will know :P

So after that jasmine came over to my house and stay for a night, and we went to work/school as usual.

Shit! I think my phone got problem already, I can't seems to received any of the message .

Until I off and on my phone again and I recived 10 MESSAGE at 1 go.

The message was like send yesterday ? Until now than I received it. WTH!

Met up with jasmine and yvonne for dinner at jurong point.

Thai express for dinner.

I just love chilling session with my gfs.

Yvonne just had her haircut.

Last week, I went town with baby, and we caught this!!

I just find this super adorable larh, which bbaby said got a not so clever look. This is a smaller version of it larh, actually I got a bigger one which I gotten it from malaysia. Super ADORABLE!

The stories goes,

ME : Dear, isn't it the bear the one at home ?

Baby : (ignore me) , Than after awhile than I got his attention larh.

So I wanted to change coins, and there's another couple who was eyeing that cute stuff too larh. so the couple took out coins and tried to catch it but seems hard, because it's like you must grab those sweet and bears to put ontop of the tray and wait for the thing to push , that kind of machine.

The couple managed to push some of the bear, because the bear was stacking up larh, so they got not enough coins already, and I was like standing right beside THEM and giving them those "I WANT TO PLAY, GET LOST " look . So they just moved away, and I started to catch and don't wanna move away. Baby and me got not much cash on hand, (never withdraw larh). So I just like don't wanna move away and wait for baby the change coins, and I already got no coins. And the bear ALMOST DROP ALREADY! It's like grab another bear and put ontop of the tray and will DROP! AND IT YOURS!!!

Than the couple which is the lady said.

LAdy : Excuse me ?

Me : Erm, Sorry eh, I think I saw it first and almost gonna drop already. Out of like courteasy ? If both happens to drop, I give u another one ?

So the couple keeps quiet already LOL!

I mean it's like you spend so much money already? and it almost drop ? Would you just simply move off ? Or stay ? It's like the person never did anything ? and ask you to move away ?

So both bear did drop, and I did fullfilled my promised to her and gave her 1 bear, and we move off.

Never know that day I was so cocky larh! and unreasonable at that time, but I think I was already kind enough to gave her 1 bear despite she just like spend 3 to 4 bucks ?

I spend $14 just to catch that Mouse ?

I think I starting to like the place I'm living now.

It so accessible to everywhere.

And facilities is DAMN good larh!MRT and buses. Got BBQ PIT, Swimming POOL , GYM (which my friend say is very big) , Stadium, badminton court and basketball court larh!

I think my house really worth alot money if my parents gonna sell it, which mosst probabbly won't

Lets talk about some of my personal life.

I've stepped into working society already at the age of 19, which is my so call 1st office job ? Perhaps I'm lucky or what, my collegeue really dotes and pamper me well in office.

Example like 1 of the uncle ? Although he may be abit rough or what, but like before he was hospitallised, we did like a 1 week cooking in office ? So he drove all the way to chinatown to buy those fresh prawn and other porky thing.

I was like just casual saying I wanted to eat sotong, and he really bought it larh.

UNCLE KANG! GET WELL SOON. :P Stop eating oily FOOD!

I think I am lucky larh, office is just direct bus from my house. Start work at 830.

I woke up at 715 , bathe and washed up and got out of house 740am and reach office 815 or 820am!

And from my house to office is about 21 bus stop can! I can reach on that time and never late! LOL ! consider myself lucky.

Perhaps some of people already in working society , rarely met this kind of collegeue at your workplace. I hate politics, because I don't know how to handle it at all.

Why can't everyone be nice and friendly ? and not wear a mask ?

Or is it they want to climb a higher post, and that cause polictics ? Or to protect themself from losing position.

But well, I'm still working happily with my current job.

Perhaps I'm really lucky, in terms of working, and love life I have it.

Except for my qualification, as you all know I splurge.

Rigth now, I'm trying to earn extra penny, so I started my first blogshop with my buddy jasmine. Http://bigshoppingbagg.blogspot.com . Actually, I had been wanted to set up a blogshop for very long time, just that I don't have enough captial to set up. As right now I think I can afford it , since I started working. It's always good to earn extra money and gain some experience in it.

Flu Virus

I'm down with flu , sorethroat and cough..

I think I would rather had sorethroat rather and flu or catch a cold, because it would be damn annoying lah with 1 nose block .

Baby asked me a question few days back ago that been wanting to ask all along.

Whats the different betweem a Sheep and a lamb ?

Which obviously i'm not very sure also, but I guess a sheep is more adorable ?

or same kind but different breed ?

But well, he told me the answer which I forget because he went google it for answer larh..

I roughly can remember it's like from what I understand.

Sheep - Before entering the fry pan is still sheep ? but after that when sell to ask is call lamb meat ?

Alright, I finally got some time to blog,been very busy for the past few days.

I gotten myself a new pair of spects, which my mum sponser me.

My eye degree seems to be increasing and I'm seeing a person really quite blur from a distance espcially in the even with my degree like that. That what the optical shop person told me, I would have a problem seeing things when comes to evening time.

Oh ya, recently I had been start ordering VITAGENN to my house!

YES! Delivered to my door steps every thursday evening, the auntie is damn good larh, will suits our timing to come . She will only come on thurday evening.

Actually, it's the same price in NTUC or supermarket larh. Just that they deliever to your door steps and they will give you 1 stickers each with how many packets of vitagen you purchase,when you collected tons of it, you can exchange something else.

I always want to intro this ! I think this simple mask it's really not bad larh, for my sensative skins, my boy uses this too!

It's just 3 min face mask, and affter that you can wash it with a sponge or something like that, it helps to remove dead skin larh. I think it's really not bad, I'm using the toner too..

Outing With My Babe

Last week, me and my babe had a BBQ gathering over at westcoast park.

It's been a long long time since I had a BBQ session with my clique, happily chatting and gossiping away like nobody business.

It's ruby! We were in siewting car, heading over to westcoast park for BBQ.

Jasmine and ruby were busy setting up there fire, I think our group don't really know how to set up there fire. So here they are :D

Cherie and hilda then came to join us too! And it's been ages since I last met them, but we had a very fun night too.

I think we were too engrossed in taking pictures, and let ruby and siewting BBQ the food for us. So guilty... LOL

Bought a new pair of shoes,

I like the bling bling diamond larh.

I bought FANCL!

Sunblock is for my mum, whereas the washing powder actually it's share larh.Waiting for my shidesido facial wash to finish up before I open the washing powder, as it had expiry date.

The shiesido im using right now doesn't suits my skin, as I've got sensative skin larh. So ya, I should try another brand.

Normally, I wouldn't really sit down and face blogger.com all the way, I would usually multi task, while waiting to upload pictures all this.

I would be meeting my girlfriend later for a gathering at westcoast. YA! Just a normal BBQ session with my girls. Siewting is really sweet larh, plan for a BBQ gathering.

Samantha would be bringing her volleyball along, I guess I need to get a volleyball soon. I always been wanting a volleyball, but well no one plays with me.

Sigh, Is it when a relationship together for too long the sweetness just vanished ?

For this, I don't know. Or is it I just wanna kick up big fuss or just trying to be unreasonable.

Sometimes, I do felt that the sweetness between us it's getting lesser, or is it because we face each other for too long already .

I do know I meant alot to you, but I don't see any action.

You should know for this pass 1 year + I did commit to this relationship. Perhaps I would think I commit more than you. I does not meant that you never commit enough, perhaps I really don't feel it. Sometimes I would really wants a simple dinner with you, but normally you know why when I asked already than I say it's ok. Because I wants you go home rest and we can always meet on weekend instead. I always been understanding that your work is always busy and stress . Thats why I understand and give in .

Do you still rememeber when was the last time we had dinner together after work ?

Do you remeber when was the last time we went to a town to catch a movie ?

When was the last time we celebrated our anniversary ? ( I don't meant that everyone, there's a need to celebrate. )
